Dragi oaspeti,
Timisoara prin istoria sa si caracterul locuitorilor este un adevarat loc al concordiei interetnice, care promoveaza cele mai progresiste idei. Orasul nostru se constituie intr-un real simbol al democratiei si dezvoltarii in Romania.
Infrastructura si sistemele coerente existente permit acceptarea ideii ca Timisoara are ce oferi oricarui turist oricat de pretentios. Dezvoltarea economica si elaborarea noilor strategii de atragere a investitorilor straini, si nu in ultimul rand asigurarea unui standard de viata mai inalt pentru cetatenii orasului, sunt doar cateva din obiectivele Primariei.

Timisoara, durch ihre Geschichte und Wesensart der Einwohner, ist ein wahrer Ort der interethnischen Eintracht, welche die fortgeschrittensten Ideen fördert. Unsere Stadt stellt ein reelles Symbol der Demokratie und der Entwicklung in Rumänien dar.
Die Infrastruktur und die vorhandenen zusammenhängenden Systeme, erlauben die Annahme der Idee, daß Timisoara einem jedwelchen Touristen oder Geschäftsmann, sosehr anspruchsvoll er auch ist, etwas bieten kann.
Die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und die Ausarbeitung von neuen Strategien für die fremden Investoren, und nicht in letzter Reihe die Sicherung eines höheren Lebenstandards für die Bürger der Stadt, sind nur einige der Ziele des Bürgermeisteramtes.

Through its history and character of its inhabitants Timisoara is a place of true interethnic understanding and solidarity, a promoter of enlightened ideas. Our town is a real symbol of democracy and progress in Romania.
The infrastructure and the coherent systems in place here render Timisoara attractive for any tourist or businessman however demanding.
The economic development and the new strategies implemented here in order to attract foreign investments, and last but not least a higher living standard for the citizens are just some of the goals of the Town Council.
All these define the west area of the country as the promoter of the national development.
